To make good SMT solder paste printing, you can follow the steps below:

1.Ensure that the tools and auxiliary materials are well prepared: including printing machines, PCB boards, stencils, solder pastes and so on.

2. Check before printing:
(1) Check the correctness of the PCB to be printed.
(2) Check whether the surface of the PCB board is intact and free of defects and dirt.
(3) Check whether the stencil is consistent with the PCB and whether its tension meets the printing requirements.
(4) Check whether the stencil has blocked holes, if necessary, use dust-free paper with alcohol to wipe the stencil, and blow dry with an air gun.
(5) Check whether the solder paste used is correct and whether it is used according to the "Storage and Use of Solder Paste".
(6) Set scraper speed: according to the pitch and type of components installed, choose the appropriate scraper speed, too fast or too slow are not conducive to the filling of solder paste.
(7) set the pressure of the scraper: generally in accordance with the "3kg ± 1" for the initial setting, and then adjusted according to the graphics.
(8) Heating and stirring: Before use, ensure that the solder paste is heated back to the specified time and stir to ensure its uniformity.
(9) Keep clean: Keep the working area clean throughout the printing process to avoid dust and foreign matter affecting the printing quality.

3.Quality check: After printing is completed, use a magnifying glass for quality check to ensure that there is no offset, leakage or poor flatness and other issues.
