Shijiazhuang Linke Electronics Tech Co.,Ltd mainly uses drilling machines from the two major brands of Han's and Weijia. These drilling machines have excellent performance and stability and enjoy a very high reputation in the industry. These drilling machines play a vital role in our production line.

In terms of drilling capacity, our drilling machine can reach a minimum hole diameter of 0.15mm and a maximum speed of up to 30,000rpm, which ensures that we can achieve extremely high precision and speed when processing micro holes. At the same time, the hole position accuracy has also reached an amazing 0.05mm, which further improves the overall quality of our products.

Minimum hole diameter and corresponding plate thickness: minimum hole diameter 0.15mm corresponding to plate thickness 1.6mm; 0.3mm and above, the hole diameter to plate thickness ratio can be 20:1

Maximum hole diameter: maximum drill bit 6.3mm, larger can be made - choose drilling expansion or use a milling cutter to enlarge the circular hole.

Minimum hole to line distance: 5.5 (≤8 layers), 6 (≤12 layers), 7 (≤20 layers)

Minimum distance from hole to hole: minimum 0.2mm

Minimum distance from hole to forming edge: 0.2mm

Aperture tolerance without copper hole: conventional +/-0.05mm, can be +/-0.025mm

Aperture tolerance with copper hole: conventional +/-0.075, can be +/-0.05mm

We also provide flexible solutions for different hole diameters and board thicknesses. For example, when the minimum hole diameter is 0.15mm, the corresponding board thickness can reach 1.6mm. For hole diameters of 0.3mm and above, our board thickness ratio can reach 20:1, which greatly expands our application range.

In addition, we also pay special attention to the details of the drilling process. We strictly control the minimum hole-to-line distance, the minimum hole-to-hole distance, and the minimum hole-to-molded edge distance. Specifically, the minimum hole-to-line distance varies on PCB boards with different layers, but is maintained between 5.5mil and 7mil. The minimum hole-to-hole distance reaches 0.2mm, which ensures that there is no mutual interference during the drilling process. The minimum distance from the hole to the molded edge is also 0.2mm, which ensures the precise correspondence between the drilling position and the board edge.

We also demonstrate excellent control over hole diameter tolerances. For holes without copper, our regular hole diameter tolerance is +/-0.05mm, but we can achieve a finer +/-0.025mm. For holes with copper, our regular hole diameter tolerance is +/-0.075mm, and we can also achieve a precision of +/-0.05mm. These strict tolerance controls ensure that our products can maintain a high degree of stability and reliability during assembly and soldering.
